Position Overview

The Warehouse Executive will manage day-to-day warehouse activities including receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of materials while ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and inventory control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inward and outward material movements following warehouse SOPs and GMP guidelines.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation processes.
Ensure proper storage conditions for pharmaceutical raw materials and finished goods.
Coordinate with production and quality teams for timely material issuance.
Prepare warehouse documentation including GRN, dispatch records, and stock registers.
Monitor inventory levels and support periodic stock audits.
Ensure FIFO and FEFO practices for pharmaceutical inventory control.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within warehouse areas.
Assist logistics coordination for dispatch planning and transportation activities.
Identify inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal warehouse procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of pharmaceutical warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
Understanding of GMP and regulated storage practices.
Strong documentation and record maintenance skills.
Experience with stock management and inventory reconciliation.
