Core Responsibilities
- Receive field samples and register entries in laboratory receipt registers.
- Store biological samples in temperature controlled refrigerators and deep freezers.
- Perform immunological testing using haemagglutination inhibition plates and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kits.
- Prepare culture media using autoclaves, balances, and sterile glassware.
- Screen bacterial field samples using incubators and culture plates.
- Compile test observations into laboratory reports and submit completed records.
