Core Responsibilities
- Inspect school sanitation facilities using site drawings, measuring tape, and construction checklists.
- Verify toilet block construction through visual checks, masonry tools, and approved layout documents.
- Review solid waste segregation units using bin specifications, placement plans, and photographic records.
- Check drainage and soak pit structures with level instruments, section drawings, and material logs.
- Record field observations in monitoring formats, inspection registers, and site visit reports.
- Confirm hygiene infrastructure installation using equipment manuals, handover documents, and asset lists.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- School WASH infrastructure drawings and standard design documents.
- Solid waste management guidelines and monitoring formats.
- Field inspection tools including measuring tape and leveling instruments.
- Construction quality checklists and completion certificates.
- Photographic documentation tools and reporting templates.
Experience Context
- Work occurs at active school premises and community sites with ongoing civil construction.
- Projects cover multiple institutions with repeated inspections of sanitation and waste units.
- Without this role, facilities remain non functional, unsafe, and unfit for regular student use.
