Core Responsibilities
- Load sterilization chambers with trays and material carts following approved loading diagrams and written instructions.
- Set temperature pressure and time values on autoclave control panels before cycle initiation.
- Monitor cycle progress through chart recorders and digital display screens during sterilization runs.
- Unload sterilized components using heat resistant tools and place them in defined clean area racks.
- Record cycle parameters and batch references inside bound sterilization logbooks.
- Check gasket condition valves and door locks using visual inspection before every run.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Steam autoclave machines used in injectable manufacturing plants.
- Autoclave control panels temperature probes and pressure gauges.
- Sterilization charts batch record sheets and logbooks.
- Cleanroom material transfer trolleys and stainless steel trays.
- Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines and safety manuals.

- Works inside a sterile injectable manufacturing plant with controlled cleanroom zones.
