Core Responsibilities
- Monitor chiller air compressor and nitrogen plant parameters through control panels.
- Record temperature pressure and flow readings in utility logbooks at defined intervals.
- Start and stop utility equipment following written operating instructions.
- Check filters valves pipelines and gauges for visible defects or leaks.
- Report abnormal sounds vibrations or readings using written shift reports.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Utility control panels gauges transmitters and sensors.
- Chiller systems air compressors and nitrogen generation units.
- Operating manuals and utility logbooks.
- Basic mechanical tools for routine checks.
- Plant utility layout drawings.
Experience Context
- Role performed within utility areas of a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
- Continuous monitoring of equipment supporting multiple production blocks.
- Absence of this role results in loss of compressed air cooling or nitrogen supply.
