Core Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed construction schedules using MS Project and Primavera P Six for residential towers, basements, and amenities at site.
- Maintain master planning documents, bar charts, and milestone trackers aligned with approved drawings and contractual timelines.
- Record daily and weekly site progress in planning registers and update schedule revisions within planning software.
- Track material movement and labor deployment through quantity sheets, consumption logs, and site progress reports.
- Generate look ahead plans, cash flow forecasts, and recovery charts based on approved construction schedules.
- Verify site progress against planning baselines using measurement books, photographs, and approved checklists.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- MS Project scheduling software for construction planning and timeline control.
- Primavera P Six for baseline creation, resource loading, and schedule monitoring.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel for progress tracking sheets, formulas, and planning dashboards.
- SAP ERP modules related to project planning, billing, and cost monitoring.
- Construction drawings, bar bending schedules, and project planning documents.
- Site progress reports, cash flow statements, and recovery schedules.
Experience Context
- Work is performed at active residential construction sites involving multiple towers and phased handover targets.
- Project scale includes high rise buildings, podiums, and infrastructure works with long duration schedules.
- Without structured planning control, construction timelines slip, resource alignment breaks, and cost projections become unreliable.
