- Inspect site records using approved drawings, checklists, and field registers specific to estimation civil scope.
- Review measurement books, survey sheets, or inspection formats relevant to estimation civil deliverables.
- Verify contractor submissions through physical comparison with sanctioned documents and site conditions.
- Maintain bound registers, approval notes, and compliance files required for estimation civil reporting.
- Prepare structured review notes using project control formats and reference documents.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Approved drawings, tender documents, and contractual reference manuals.
- Project registers, inspection formats, and compliance documentation sets.
- Standard measurement books and verification checklists.
- Computer based document tracking systems and spreadsheets.
