- Draft manpower planning sheets using headcount trackers, approved budgets, and departmental requisition forms.
- Screen candidate resumes through applicant tracking system records and documented eligibility criteria.
- Schedule interview panels by issuing interview schedules, assessment sheets, and interviewer feedback forms.
- Prepare offer letters using approved compensation templates, salary breakup documents, and joining checklists.
- Compile employee personal files containing appointment letters, identity proofs, and statutory forms.
- Maintain recruitment data registers and generate MIS reports using spreadsheet based tracking systems.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Applicant tracking systems used for resume storage and candidate status tracking.
- Recruitment MIS formats maintained in spreadsheet software.
