Core Responsibilities
- Develop three dimensional electrical models in Revit representing trays conduits and equipment.
- Prepare layout drawings for electrical routing using AutoCAD.
- Integrate electrical components into coordinated building information models.
- Generate sectional views and schedules from the electrical model.
- Incorporate vendor equipment data into electrical layouts.
- Update model revisions and drawing issue records in document control.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Revit software for electrical three dimensional modeling.
- AutoCAD drafting tools for electrical layouts.
- Electrical single line diagrams and layout drawings.
- Building information modeling coordination platforms.
- Vendor equipment drawings and technical schedules.
Experience Context
- Work is based in an engineering office supporting plant and facility projects.
- Models cover multiple floors and equipment zones within medium to large projects.
- Without this role electrical routing conflicts remain unresolved during construction.
