Position Details
- Designation: Purchase Engineer
- Head Office (HQ): CG Road
- Salary: 3 to 4.5 lacs per annum
- Gender Preference: Male
- Experience Required: 02 to 03 Years
- Education: BE / Diploma / Any Graduate
Job Responsibilities
- Purchase of mechanical components such as gearboxes, motors, bearings, gaskets, mechanical seals, etc.
- Procurement of raw materials including SS sheets, MS sheets, SS plates, and MS plates as per manufacturing requirements of lifts and escalators.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure materials meet specifications.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize procurement processes.
- Develop new vendors as and when required.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
