Core Responsibilities
- Create structural layouts using three dimensional computer aided design software for mechanical assemblies.
- Prepare flow path drawings using engineering calculation sheets and thermal simulation reports.
- Develop part level drawings through UG NX files for housings brackets and internal mechanisms.
- Analyze system flow behavior using documented simulation outputs and resistance charts.
- Update design drawings based on prototype test reports and laboratory measurement records.
- Compile design release documents in controlled engineering document formats.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- UG NX modeling software for mechanical and structural design.
- Thermal simulation tools and flow analysis software.
- Mechanical drawing standards and controlled design documents.
- Actuator design references and mechanism layout drawings.
- Research and development validation reports.
Experience Context
- Work is carried out in a corporate research and development office environment.
