Core Responsibilities
- Prepare sample solutions using analytical balances, volumetric flasks, and calibrated pipettes for finished goods and raw materials.
- Operate high performance liquid chromatography systems to generate chromatograms for assay and impurity evaluation.
- Record test observations in controlled laboratory notebooks and approved analytical worksheets.
- Handle reference standards, working standards, and reagent preparation logs under controlled storage conditions.
- Verify instrument calibration status using qualification labels and calibration records before analysis.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- High performance liquid chromatography systems.
- Ultraviolet visible spectrophotometers.
- Laboratory information management systems.
- Stability chambers and environmental monitors.
- Analytical method validation documents.
