Core Responsibilities
- Record inward material quantities using delivery challans, purchase orders, and physical counting tools.
- Enter stock movements in Tally software based on issue slips and receipt notes.
- Arrange solar panels, cables, inverters, and mounting hardware on labeled storage racks.
- Prepare daily stock position sheets from bin cards and system records.
- Hand over issued materials to site teams against approved material requisition forms.
- File vendor bills, goods receipt notes, and stock registers in controlled cabinets.
