- Screen candidate profiles using recruitment portals, application trackers, and interview shortlisting sheets.
- Schedule interviews by issuing interview call letters and maintaining interviewer availability logs.
- Update recruitment trackers by recording applicant status, interview feedback forms, and offer details.
- Maintain joining records by collecting identity proofs, educational certificates, and signed offer letters.
- Support bulk hiring drives through resume databases, walk in attendance sheets, and selection summaries.
- Prepare recruitment reports using vacancy lists, hiring metrics sheets, and monthly status notes.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Online recruitment portals used for resume sourcing and candidate screening.
- Applicant tracking systems maintaining interview and offer status.
- Interview evaluation forms and candidate assessment documents.
