Core Responsibilities
- Collect finished product and in process samples from manufacturing areas using approved sampling tools.
- Perform chemical and instrumental testing using HPLC, GC, and UV equipment as per written test methods.
- Record raw data in laboratory notebooks and analytical worksheets during testing cycles.
- Prepare and label standard and reagent solutions using calibrated balances and volumetric glassware.
- Verify instrument readiness through system suitability checks and logbook entries.
- Segregate tested samples and store them under defined laboratory conditions.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- HPLC and gas chromatography analytical systems.
- Microbiological testing equipment and incubators.
- Analytical balances and volumetric glassware.
