  • Prepare project schedules using approved planning documents and physical milestone charts at site offices.
  • Track civil and mechanical work quantities through measurement books and signed progress sheets.
  • Verify contractor submissions by matching drawings with on ground structural layouts.
  • Maintain cost tracking files using bill of quantity statements and material consumption logs.
  • Review daily site reports collected from supervisors and consolidate records for management review.
  • Inspect alignment between approved scope documents and completed site work packages.

Skills and Technical Exposure

  • Project scheduling formats and milestone tracking sheets.
  • Bill of quantity documents and cost control registers.
  • AutoCAD drawings and approved construction layouts.
  • Microsoft Excel based progress trackers.
