Core Responsibilities
- Prepare project schedules using approved planning documents and physical milestone charts at site offices.
- Track civil and mechanical work quantities through measurement books and signed progress sheets.
- Verify contractor submissions by matching drawings with on ground structural layouts.
- Maintain cost tracking files using bill of quantity statements and material consumption logs.
- Review daily site reports collected from supervisors and consolidate records for management review.
- Inspect alignment between approved scope documents and completed site work packages.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Project scheduling formats and milestone tracking sheets.
- Bill of quantity documents and cost control registers.
- AutoCAD drawings and approved construction layouts.
- Microsoft Excel based progress trackers.
