Core Responsibilities
- Maintain employee master records using structured personnel files, appointment letters, and statutory forms stored in physical and digital folders.
- Prepare payroll input sheets, attendance summaries, and leave registers using time office data and payroll documentation systems.
- Generate offer letters, confirmation letters, and transfer letters through approved company templates and controlled document registers.
- Update statutory compliance records including provident fund files, employee insurance forms, and labor license documentation.
- Track site wise manpower deployment using daily headcount sheets, gate entry registers, and contractor muster rolls.
- File disciplinary notes, warning letters, and inquiry records in employee files with proper indexing and version control.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Human resource information systems for employee data management.
- Payroll software used for salary computation and statutory deductions.
- Attendance management systems including biometric and manual registers.
- Statutory compliance documents related to labor laws.
- Microsoft Excel for manpower tracking and payroll sheets.
Experience Context
- Work is performed at construction sites and head office locations handling large onsite workforces.
- The role supports projects involving multiple contractors, engineers, and site staff across locations.
- Absence of this role results in payroll delays, compliance lapses, and incomplete employee documentation.
