Company Introduction
Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Limited operates integrated manufacturing facilities supplying fertilizers, chemicals, and specialty products to domestic and global markets.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare site level TPM deployment charts using pillar wise roadmaps, review sheets, and visual boards displayed on shop floors.
- Conduct structured plant walkthroughs using TPM audit checklists, equipment tagging records, and loss analysis formats.
- Maintain master improvement plans documented in tracking registers, milestone charts, and review presentation files.
- Record improvement project progress through gap analysis sheets, before and after data logs, and cost saving trackers.
- Compile pillar review documents for unit level meetings using standard templates, action logs, and closure evidence.
- Organize training material files covering TPM, Lean, Kaizen, Five S, SMED, and value stream mapping modules.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Total Productive Maintenance pillar manuals and assessment scorecards.
- Lean and Kaizen toolkits including loss trees, A3 sheets, and visual management boards.
- Overall plant effectiveness calculation sheets and performance dashboards.
- Training decks, attendance registers, and skill matrix documents.
- Spreadsheet software and presentation software for progress reporting.
Experience Context
- Work is based inside a continuous manufacturing plant with multiple operating units and shared utilities.
- Daily exposure includes large equipment lines, cross functional pillar teams, and rolling improvement targets.
- Without this role, improvement initiatives stall, loss visibility reduces, and plant performance metrics decline.
