Core Responsibilities
- Measure air flow rates using anemometers across supply and return ducts.
- Replace air filters, belts, and bearings inside air handling units.
- Record temperature and humidity readings in daily HVAC monitoring sheets.
- Clean condenser coils with pressurized water systems and approved cleaning agents.
- Check refrigerant pressure levels using manifold gauges.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Air handling units and chilled water systems.
- Manifold gauge sets and digital thermometers.
- Anemometers and humidity meters.
- Preventive maintenance checklists.
- Electrical control panels for HVAC units.
Experience Context
- Work is performed inside production buildings with controlled air parameters.
- Multiple HVAC units support different zones simultaneously.
- Absence of this role causes temperature imbalance and equipment shutdown.
