Core Responsibilities
- Review batch manufacturing records using approved master documents and physically verify completed entries against production logs.
- Inspect raw material receipt records, vendor certificates, and warehouse release documents before material usage.
- Examine finished goods release files, stability summaries, and laboratory data sheets prior to market dispatch.
- Maintain site quality manuals, standard operating procedure binders, and controlled document registers.
- Perform plant walkthroughs with checklist formats covering equipment status, cleaning records, and line clearance sheets.
- Evaluate change control files, risk assessment forms, and closure evidence within the quality system.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Good Manufacturing Practice documentation sets and regulatory guideline libraries.
- Laboratory instruments such as high performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography.
- Electronic document management systems and quality tracking software.
- Audit reports, validation summaries, and annual product review files.
- Stability chambers, reference standards, and sampling tools.
Experience Context
- Work is performed inside an active chemical manufacturing plant and quality documentation rooms.
- Daily exposure includes multiple product batches, routine audits, and controlled storage areas.
- Without this role, material release stops, regulatory submissions remain incomplete, and dispatch schedules fail.
