Core Responsibilities
- Test raw materials and finished samples using HPLC systems, analytical balances, and laboratory glassware.
- Prepare and review analytical worksheets, chromatograms, and laboratory notebooks for batch records.
- Conduct in-process checks using approved test methods and sampling tools within production areas.
- Calibrate laboratory instruments through calibration schedules, standard weights, and reference solutions.
- Label, store, and manage control samples inside designated stability and retention cabinets.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- HPLC systems, UV spectrophotometers, and dissolution apparatus.
- Analytical methods, system suitability reports, and test protocols.
- Laboratory notebooks, chromatographic data systems, and SOP manuals.
- Glassware, balances, pH meters, and titration assemblies.
- Raw material and finished product specification documents.
Experience Context
- Work environment involves analytical laboratories supporting API production blocks.
- Sample volume includes routine raw materials, intermediates, and finished API batches.
