Core Responsibilities
- Prepare project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project based on approved construction drawings and contract milestones.
- Update weekly progress plans by measuring site quantities against bar bending schedules, pour cards, and work completion sheets.
- Develop look-ahead programs by referencing master schedules, shop drawings, and vendor delivery timelines.
- Generate progress reports using Excel dashboards supported by site photographs, measurement books, and daily logs.
- Track material movement and subcontractor progress through planned-versus-actual charts and quantity abstracts.
- Maintain baseline programs, revision logs, and delay registers aligned with contractual documentation.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Microsoft Project and advanced MS Excel.
- High-rise residential construction drawings.
- Aluminium formwork system documentation.
- Progress curves and S-curve reports.
- Construction planning and reporting formats.
Experience Context
- Work exposure involves active high-rise residential construction sites with multiple towers and phased handovers.
- Planning covers schedules spanning hundreds of activities linked to civil, finishing, and MEP works.
- Without structured planning updates, milestone tracking and resource alignment across contractors fail.
