Company Introduction
Tech Flow Engineering is an engineering services organization delivering structural detailing and modeling solutions for global fabrication and construction projects using advanced digital platforms.
Core Responsibilities
- Create three-dimensional steel models in Tekla Structures covering primary frames, secondary members, and connection elements.
- Develop shop and erection drawings directly from Tekla models using approved project drawings and revision documents.
- Verify member profiles, bolt assemblies, weld symbols, and plate geometries against issued IFC and client markups.
- Generate CNC files, material lists, and fabrication reports from the modeling environment.
- Review SDS2 or Tekla-based models for dimensional clashes, connection placement, and constructability constraints.
- Update models and drawings based on revised architectural, civil, or structural reference files.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- Tekla Structures modeling and drawing modules.
- SDS2 structural steel detailing software.
- IFC drawings, GA drawings, and shop drawing documentation.
- Steel connection libraries, bolt standards, and weld specifications.
- CNC data generation and material take-off reports.
- Model-based clash checking tools.
Experience Context
- Work is carried out in a digital engineering office environment handling multi-storey and industrial steel structures.
- Projects typically involve hundreds of individual steel members and coordinated drawing packages.
- Without this role, fabrication drawings and CNC data cannot be released for shop production.
