Core Responsibilities
- Prepare product-wise cost sheets using material ledgers, labor allocation files, and overhead absorption statements.
- Compute inventory valuation through stock registers, Ind AS valuation formats, and reconciliation statements.
- Review project costing using BOQ summaries, job cost reports, and variance tracking files.
- Validate physical stock counts against ERP inventory reports and warehouse verification records.
- Compile audit working papers with cost schedules, supporting vouchers, and compliance checklists.
- Maintain ERP cost modules covering bill of materials, routing data, and valuation rules.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- ERP costing and inventory valuation modules.
- Ind AS inventory valuation documents.
- Cost audit reports and reconciliation statements.
- Advanced Excel cost models and pivot-based trackers.
