Core Responsibilities
- Inspect motors and starters using multimeters and insulation testers.
- Replace faulty cables, switches, and contactors following wiring diagrams.
- Check panel boards through physical tightening of terminals.
- Record electrical maintenance details in shift logbooks.
- Test earthing pits using earth resistance meters.
- Label electrical panels with safety tags and circuit charts.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- Motors, MCC panels, and distribution boards.
- Multimeters, insulation testers, and earth resistance meters.
- Electrical wiring diagrams and panel schedules.
- Preventive maintenance checklists and fault registers.
- Safety lockout tags and circuit identification charts.
Experience Context
- Work is performed across plant electrical rooms and production floors.
