Core Responsibilities
- Test raw materials using analytical balances, pH meters, and moisture analyzers.
- Prepare media and reagents by following laboratory preparation sheets.
- Record sample results in controlled laboratory notebooks.
- Operate microscopes for microbial observation and cell morphology checks.
- Label and store samples in designated stability storage racks.
- Review instrument usage logs before and after analysis.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- pH meters, microscopes, and analytical balances.
- Laboratory notebooks, test worksheets, and sample registers.
- Microbiological testing methods and media preparation formats.
- Stability chambers and sample storage systems.
- Instrument calibration tags and usage logs.
Experience Context
- Work is based in microbiology and analytical laboratories within the plant.
- Hundreds of samples support batch release and in-process monitoring.
- Without QC testing, batches cannot move to downstream stages.
