Core Responsibilities
- Prepare packaging artworks using approved artwork management systems and release controlled files for carton, label, and leaflet printing.
- Review packaging data sheets against approved master data to verify dimensions, text content, and component specifications.
- Check palletization layouts using approved drawings to confirm shipper count, stacking pattern, and load configuration.
- Maintain controlled packaging SOP documents by drafting revisions and issuing updated versions through document control systems.
- Verify serialization master data entries within regulated systems before product serialization setup.
- Support packaging automation trials by validating artwork files and packaging configurations used on equipment.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- Artwork Management Systems and controlled document repositories.
- TrackWise change control and quality event documentation.
- Packaging data sheets, palletization drawings, and component specifications.
- Serialization master data platforms used in regulated packaging.
- GMP documentation formats and quality system records.
