Core Responsibilities
- Inspect field transmitters, control valves, and junction boxes using calibration tools and loop drawings.
- Carry out calibration checks on pressure, temperature, and flow instruments with standard calibrators.
- Test DCS panels and marshalling cabinets using vendor-approved check sheets.
- Modify control logic parameters within Yokogawa DCS systems under approved change records.
- Document field readings, loop test results, and system changes in maintenance logs.

Experience Context
- Works inside thermal and captive power plants with live operating units.
