Core Responsibilities
- Receive raw and packing materials using delivery challans, inward registers, and weighment slips.
- Store materials in designated racks and floor areas using bin cards and location labels.
- Issue materials against approved material requisitions and record quantities in stock registers.
- Maintain GRN records, stock cards, and reconciliation sheets for each item.
- Perform physical stock checks using verification sheets and identification tags.
- Segregate approved, rejected, and quarantine materials using status labels.

- Goods Receipt Notes and stock registers.
- Bin cards and inventory reconciliation formats.
- Weighing balances and material handling tools.
