- Track new product launch readiness using project trackers, gate review documents, and milestone logs.
- Review co-packer production data using performance dashboards and capacity sheets.
- Verify cost elements using BOM files, yield reports, and variance summaries.
- Inspect plant layouts and equipment utilization using line balancing charts.
- Document improvement actions in standard operating instruction files.
