Company Introduction

Rhydburg Pharmaceutical is engaged in pharmaceutical manufacturing with integrated corporate and plant-level support functions across regulated production environments.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain executive calendars using Outlook calendars, meeting trackers, and approved scheduling formats.
  • Prepare meeting packs using PowerPoint files, printed agendas, and documented briefing notes.
  • Compile MIS data into Excel sheets, trackers, and monthly reporting files.
  • Arrange travel bookings using vendor portals, ticket confirmations, and reimbursement claim forms.
  • Record minutes of meetings in approved MoM templates and circulate signed copies.
  • Handle incoming correspondence using official email accounts, inward registers, and document logs.

Skills & Technical Exposure

  • Microsoft Excel with pivot tables, formulas, trackers, and MIS templates.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint slide decks, presentation masters, and review versions.
  • Microsoft Word for letters, reports, and controlled document drafts.
  • Outlook calendar systems, meeting invites, and mail archives.
  • Travel booking portals, expense claim forms, and approval sheets.

Experience Context

  • Work takes place in a corporate office supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing leadership.
  • Daily handling involves multiple meetings, reports, and confidential documents.
  • Without this role, schedules overlap, reports remain unprepared, and documented records remain incomplete.
