Core Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed client proposals using cost sheets, BOQs, and approved PEB design layouts.
- Review signed contracts, payment schedules, and commercial terms documented in sales agreements.
- Conduct physical client meetings supported by presentations, drawings, and pricing models.
- Track regional enquiries through CRM dashboards and quotation registers.
- Maintain market pricing data using competitor analysis reports and tender documents.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- CRM platforms for lead and quotation tracking.
- Microsoft Excel for pricing models and margin calculations.
- Technical sales presentations and proposal documents.
- Contract documents, LOIs, and work orders.
- PEB structural drawings and GA layouts.
Experience Context
- Work is performed in corporate offices and on client industrial sites.
- Handles multiple large-value building enquiries simultaneously.
- Without this role, commercial clarity and order finalization stall.
