Core Responsibilities
- Create civil and structural layouts, sections, and elevations using approved design inputs.
- Draft reinforcement detailing drawings for slabs, beams, columns, and foundations.
- Prepare model-based drawings derived from 3D design environments.
- Update drawings based on markups, transmittals, and revision notes.
- Compile drawing index lists and check prints before final issue.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- AVEVA E3D and Smart 3D design software.
- AutoCAD drafting tools and layer management systems.
- MicroStation drawing environments.
- Isometric and general arrangement drawings.
- Document control numbering systems.
Experience Context
- Assignments are performed in engineering design offices handling industrial plant layouts.
- Drawing volumes may exceed hundreds of sheets per project.
- Absence of this role leads to incomplete constructability drawings at site.
