Core Responsibilities
- Draft and release job requirement notes using internal requisition documents and approved manpower plans.
- Screen received resumes through applicant tracking software and maintain candidate status sheets.
- Schedule interview slots by logging calendars and interview panels within recruitment systems.
- Prepare offer documentation, appointment letters, and joining checklists using standard HR templates.
- Collect and archive joining documents including identity proofs, academic records, and employment letters.
- Initiate background verification requests through approved verification vendors and tracking formats.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- Hands-on use of Applicant Tracking Systems for resume parsing and candidate tracking.
- Regular usage of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Monster.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for recruitment trackers and hiring MIS.
- Preparation of interview schedules, offer letters, and onboarding files.
- Exposure to background verification reports and reference check formats.
Experience Context
- Operates within a corporate recruitment environment supporting multiple technical and non-technical roles.
- Handles hiring volumes across departments where delays directly affect project staffing timelines.
- Works with multiple interview panels and external hiring platforms on a weekly cycle.
